It should link right up, cb360s and the cl 360s do. You can still title that bike. get the bill of sale notorised go to the dmv and ask about the process

Man, though I hate seeing anyone sell a clean bike like that, you may want to. Only to ensure that you have the funds to finish the bike you have now. Youre young, there will be plenty of other bikes.

The CL pipes weigh like a quarter ton. Counterproductive if you're building a lightweight cafe racer. Keep them on the CL and do the restoration, they look really sharp in stock trim.
