Double Kawi H2 Engine....da fuk?

Yeah, multi-engines were all the rage in the late '60s early '70s in drag-bikes. Check out: https://hogslayer.gostorego.com/
I can't remember the names of the rest, but there were several with varying levels of success.

That is pretty cool. Over the years there have been many doubles and triples in drag racing. I saw this Yamaha triple at Willow Springs a few years back.

One of the more famous doubles was the fuel burning double Triumph of Perry and Scott. Going off here with a B fueler at the Beach. Check out the shoes.

Priness Perry on a double Norton in a stretched featherbed frame.

"Dubble Trubble" was a early double Triumph

TC's triple "Hogslayer"

Boris Murray's triple.

So how does one keep three engines tuned well enough to run simultaneously?
What's the mechanism connecting them? Just double sprockets?

It's self-balancing to an extent. It's just like a tandem bicycle. You don't need two riders of equal strength to get the benefit.

But you do need to time the firing order so as not to tear the primary chain to shreds.

Doubles still run. Not at the drags but at Bonneville salt flats. Tyler Malinky of Lowbrow Customs runs a double in the vintage class. As is the mark of Lowbrow the bike is spotless and is a record holder. Best speed of 151 mph average for two miles.
