How do I change or update my avatar?

Just can't see a way in profile settings...

Click on [profile] at the top of the page, hover over [modify profile] to bring up the drop down menu, then choose [forum profile]. At the top of the page you'll see your avatar and the option to upload a file or link an image or gif from the internet.
