#MidOhio2018 Grain Shovel Hellride

You've been mostly-dead all day.
DTT BOTM WINNER
My 2018 Mid-Ohio swap experience can't do without an (im)proper pit vehicle, so I picked up a ragged out kart frame to work as a base. The plan is to shoe horn a '73 XL175 motor in it, then see if I can survive the weekend.

Need to mount that motor to your right, not behind you.
This isn't that kind of frame. If you look at the front axle of the those karts, the right side axle is longer than the left. Then entire drivetrain is shifted to one side.

What else would you use in Middle Ohio? Nothing but corn.
We mix it up with soy beans too though...

Hey Dock, looky here. A complete Fiser front end offset with spindles. It happened to be on eBay for $95. All this costs about $350 off the shelf. Looks like we're mounting this beast on the right side.
