Yes its going to be milled out of Aluminum or ABS. I figured why not I have the technology.

Exhaust looks killer, Is there an exhaust brace in there? If there isn't your likely going to run into issues with so much stress on the head.

Its not there as of now. I am considering a custom bracket to attach to the frame behind the mufflers more out of sight. It has been put on the back burner while I finish this seat cowl.

Installed my fuel lines today. I used a CB550 Petcock on my Cb360 tank. Clear 5/16 Motion Pro fuel line. Drilled a hole thought the frame with a grommet into a SS Y connector then to the carbs.

Very nice! I hope you're going to leave the finish as is, works well with the rear shocks and finish on the mufflers to contrast against the black.

The cowl looks great. When you sandblasted everything, did you put a clear coat over them? After sandblasting are they not as vulnerable to rusting? Seems any bit of moisture on the right place of my bike will create rust on these old metals. Debating painting vs. sandblasting my engine.

it looks fantastic
but why not go alot thinner? it sure is heavy
or is it tapering to thinwalls up inside?

Aluminum.
Doesn't rust.
