Modern Regulator/Rectifier Question?

I've read up on the RadioShack Rectifier mod and it seems pretty straight forward, but what rating rectifier would I need for a CB360T? Also if I go this route what Should I do about a regulator?

Also is there anything against Puttng a Regulator/Rectifier unit on the bike? We have spare 2010+ Yamaha R6 R/Rs for our racebikes. Could we wire one of these up?

I fit whatever I have laying about, I really like CB400T units as they are about the most reiable I've ever seen.
Currently have a Suzuki Intruder reg/rect on 360

$50 dollars for a 400t reg/rec seem reasonable off of fleabay? Thinking about picking one up as I am about clueless when it comes to wiring...This should be interesting.

If you already have a Yamaha one, use it (unless you can sell it for more than $50.00?)
