Cold weather is here, and time to do something with my cb450

Well here is a look into what I have been doing lately

Nice work Lingo. Looks like the one I glassed.... I like yours better. I may someday get the tools to do this kind of thing. Not enough people know how to do this anymore. You going to polish it or leave it raw
 
all depends on how smooth the metal is when I am done. I am hoping to polish it, if not I will paint it to match the bike.
 
All in due time. I have to get it back together first and then the car gets hooked up.


So I had some clearance issues with the stupid vacuum petcock on my GS1100 tank. Namely the damn thing hit the cylinder head. So I had a fairly new Honda petcock and the tank it was on was leaking fuel. so I got the Honda petcock mount grafted on to the Zuki tank. And had the factory mount welded up.
