Haha. Right. All tin. I have no tig, so I've avoided the alloy game thus far. Bout 25 years ago I learned to oxy alloy, but I maybe spent an hour at it.
I added an inch or so of padding to the seat and took some of the deep arch away. Then, I got the side covers properly fitted and mounted. Machined Delrin for spacers and washers. I'll probably go with a lower profile button head cap screw and switch these out. A little finish to the edges, a skim coat, then paint. I also think my iPhone's ability to focus has gone to shit...

you will have to route the clutch cable properly and you gotta take the old played out plowhorse swoop out of the seat
it will make you crash ,besides you will hate the fuk out of it first tiime you run a tank of gas
Finally got it all wired up. I decided to stick with 6v. Right now, I'm running the front headlight off of the magneto lighting circuit and everything else off of battery with a toggle to kill lights.
