Where to find this style of connector?
« on: Aug 05, 2017, 17:00:13 »

Can't find connectors like this anywhere in town, anyone know where I could find them online? Look like maybe 2 into 2 open barrel butt connectors. I like them because they're so compact, trying to use as many crimped connections over soldered as I can.

Those are great little connectors! I can't find them on the 'net anywhere. Someone on here will. Probably in my big catalog at work though. I typically solder those type joints, but (butt?) I get your point.

They're called an "open barrel splice connector". You can get them on eBay.

You will need the proper crimper to get the most out of them. I suggest the one from www.vintageconnections.com
