Such a cool little ride but a bit ratty.

Getting it onto my patio. The only thing scarier will be getting it back up.

Filthy! Road tar and asphalt bits packed behind the swingarm, looks like original plugs and air filter.

I have to build a custom undertray for electrical relays, computer and such.

Got impatient and picked up 16 gauge steel. It was all they had. Tried bending with C and bar clamps. Really a no go. It's radius-ing instead of cleanly folding.

Going to find a local shop to cut and bend me something.

Either stainless or aluminum. Any thoughts on one over the other? Hoping to leave it raw and only need to give it a lil metal polish once a year.

Opinions also sought on bending vs pop riveted with angle aluminum...

Gotta pick a gauge too. Needs to be beefy enough to avoid dings from rocks/road debris. The 16 is definitely way overkill.
