1975 CB 360 Mikuni vm30 tuning....help!
« on: Sep 13, 2017, 19:43:03 »
I am trying to tune my mikuni carbs. I have adjusted the cam chain, adjusted the valve clearance, nailed the timing. Now, I am just having the hardest time getting the carbs tuned. I am not sure what sized needle is in them. I am 2 turns out on my air screw, and working in and out with new plugs, I cant get the same thing twice.

Are you trying to set the pilot by adjusting the airscrew for the highest idle? That should be the first step.
