Light Green/Pink & Green/Pink? They run into a little unit on my right-side coil.

Yellow/red is starter switch. Light green/red is neutral switch

No. Just tape them up and you're good to go. The neutral switch is just a light.

Dark green/red is also used on later 360s for the clutch switch (prevents using the electric start unless in neutral or clutch is pulled in). Like Eric said though, you can skip if going kick only.
