YAMAHA XS250 CARB TUNING HELP!

Yeah Crazy is correct . those pics are not accurate. thats the wrong mark.

Anyway so guys i have been playing with the timing etc. with the strobe light. i now have the lf mark and rf mark sitting perfect while its ideling. and i feel that i am close.

So i put the vacuum guages on today.

And just while it is idling.
The right cylinder says that: Late ign timing.
The left Cylinder says: late valve timing or leak at manifold or heat riser. (i dont think there is a leak. so must be late valve timing.

Also note when i give it a little bit of revs the needle moves to normal for the right cylinder. but the left just stays the same
So with this information what ya think the next move is? how do i fix this

LT is correct for cam timing, just not for ignition timing
LF means left FIRE (at idle for checking)
LT is Left TOP (as in Top dead center)
If advancer springs are weak it's best to set ignition at the full advance marks ( II ) whch are even further left (maybe inch and a bit around flywheel?)

Hey guys can anyone help me, I need a new Carburetor Banjo Bolt. you know the bolt that goes into the side of the carb. I snapped mine the other day and having trouble trying to find a new one
