So, I'm sorta picky but just the same I love motorcycles of all kinds for different reasons. This weekend I headed North in my home state and hit up the first year of the #runtoraton chopper gtg. Check it out on Instagram. Raton is a tiny little town in northeast New Mexico. My shovelhead motor build is too fresh and still breaking in to take on longer rides but the Mrs and I drove up to Raton, NM to check out the event anyway. The big giveaway was a crazy trike built by JP Rodman with an S&S Panhead motor. Met some cool folks, talked motorcycles, sipped Irish whiskey and took pics. Saw some really great choppers, some crazy stuff I wouldn't ride and everything in between. Good times.
