72 CB350

My 72 CB350 purchased new by my grandfather when I was 2 years old. That was 43 years ago by the way. This is how it looked after barn storage for the last 20+ years.

Finally felt like progress with the frame painting, hours of engine polishing and cutting down the seat. Then MORE HOURS upon HOURS of engine polishing.

This is a good stopping point for now because I am tired of spending every weekend in the garage. I tried to stay as original as possible in honor of my grandfather. I still have to adjust the clutch and do some other fine tuning. I plan to dig back in this winter and improve a few things or even do a slight modification.

That's a nice looking bike now. Put a front fender on it and go.
I like the rear rack. Are you going to reinstall it?
