Newbie Engine Problems Please Help

It's not possible for me to really hear and separate sound. the next sound bite you might try outside and from a few feet away.

OK, went back and had a look at vid.
On right side of engine above clutch cover you have a lever where the cable connects.
You can see which way it moves by pulling clutch lever at handlebar.
Remove the 10mm head (6mm) bolt completely from lever on clutch cover.
Adjust cable for maximum slack (all 3 adjusters)
Handlebar adjuster should be set around 1.5 turns out to allow 'fine tuning' when engine is hot
Remove lever from clutch cover shaft (you should have done this when removing clutch cover to fit new plates)
Rotate the shaft in normal 'lift' direction until it stops. align operating lever on shaft with cable pulled to engine end, re-fit and tighten holding bot (make sure it's in shaft recess)
Adjust center adjuster fist to around 1"~1.5" then clutch cover adjuster.
If the splined shaft just keeps spinning, you left the rack out and need to remove clutch cover, pressure plate, etc to re-fit it
