New R/R wires

Hey guys! quick question. I ordered and received a new R/R off of common motor. Im hooking everything up and its all good until I noticed the green and yellow wires coming off of the old regulator underneath the battery. What do I do with these old wires?

BTW first post on the site I have a 73' CB350G With a build log over on hondatwins.

Green and yellow wires no longer needed. The combined regulator/rectifier removes the need for them.
