CB350 speedometer off

whats up guys.

i got a pair of Conti Classic Attack tires on my '72 CB350 for better handling on street and track. because of the lower profile tire, my speedometer reading is off (points to higher MPH).

any suggestions on how to fix this?

the Honda 1972 speedometer is spec'ed out with almost a 15% variance. Either way. so all you need to do now is get shot by a radar gun and you will know. the overall diameter of the front tire will obviously change the speed readings.

Most bikes, even modern ones, have inaccurate speedos. My 2014 Honda is not even close. I usually just find out how much its out by and keep that in mind while riding.
