 I'll start. Spotted in the swap meet at the Barber Vintage Festival. Wicked cool! I must admit: I have NO CLUE what it is!

The engine looks like an old BSA.  That will be my guess.

Top one was Benelli probably one sold through Sear or other US distributor with a different name like Wards-Riverside.

Bottom one looks like a Meguro, but I wouldn't stake the farm on it.

Not all stock though. The extras on that bike (such as the front fender light) are probobly worth as much as the bike itself.
