Hey all, already posted in the intro section, but I figured I would make an official build thread. I'll keep it short. Here are some photos.

Hot off the truck

My lovely and talented lady with the xs

Day 1

Yes that is my living room. I have two of them and finally found a use for the 2nd.

Gratuitous grinding scene.

Just about ready for paint, then I can get my rolling chassis underway.

I'm a man of few words, so for that I apologize. I realize there isn't much to ask about yet, but if anyone has any questions about my build along the way, don't hesitate to ask.

Looks like a great start.  I really like the seat.  What's your plans with this bike?

Thanks, guys. The seat is actually not staying. I'm throwing down something a little thinner.

My intentions for the bike are to strip everything down including the forks and engine (which is completed) and rebuild it lighter and focus on the vintage dual sport vibe that the bike inherently has.

Maybe I will just make a burger bike. Frame is already brown... Sesame seed seat. Burger tank, it writes itself.

Layout 1 for sure.

What area of town are you in?
"Quality . . . you know what it is, yet you don't know what it is. But that's self-contradictory. But some things are better than others, that is, they have more quality. But when you try to say what the quality is, apart from the things that have it, it all goes poof! There's nothing to talk about. But if you can't say what Quality is, how do you know what it is, or how do you know that it even exists? If no one knows what it is, then for all practical purposes it doesn't exist at all. But for all practical purposes it really does exist."
