Clutch?

The clutch cable became loose on my bike, and I am thinking the clutch remained engaged, if I turn on the bike I can shift gears without having to pull on the clutch lever, also if I try to kick start it, it just slips, are these symptoms of a stuck clutch?

Yup - sounds like your clutch is somehow jammed open.

Could be the cable adjustment. It is kind of a dance.
