1972 cb/cl 100

JB,
I only have parts 3 & 4 from the attached link the airbox from the 125s won't go in our frames. Let me know if you want those parts.

Trek says his measured 100, so we might want to verify ours.
 
I tried fitting a slightly larger 1.02mm drill bit in mine. Didnt even want to start. the .95 had wiggle room. The 1.00 fit just right. Same set I use for homespun 360 carb mods.

Sometimes it pays off doing "funky" ebay searches. I think its the space he left between cl 100 & cb 100 that finds it.

I got a nice set of CL360 high pipes for cheap that way. They average tween $200 - 300 bucks. I was the only bidder and got em for $75 and free shipping...if I remember right.

Nobody else could find them. ;)
 
I folded, won the bid on that air box. Bought a boot from another seller. Didn't want to wait a month for shipping from Indonesia, so I grabbed a good looking one off a '74 cl 125. It looks like it's the same one when I checked bike bandit. We'll see.

No, price was alright. He had the matching boot/snorkel too, but a different sale item. I didn't get that, someone else grabbed it Friday at a buy it now price.

If all goes well, I'll rock the air box for a while and watch to see what 45ex does to his bike.
 
hehe....I've been watching you, trek, and ex45 to see what y'alls do to your little CB100's.

Which makes me feel inferior to y'alls, cause my bike has a long way to go to be worthy of riding.
 
Waiting on delivery. I set the carb back to stock, now I just wait for the air box and snorkel to arrive. Should both be here by end of week. Air box doesn't have a tracking number, so that's the unknown.
 
Air box came early. No idea when I'll get the boot. It was supposed to be here yesterday. In the attack from the tool box, the air box won.
