Yes it is, I have a rising rate fuel pressure regulator to fix it. The 1:1 won't work.

Did you ever find those 3 tenths of a second?

9.11 @ 158 mph, ready to dyno with new fuel regulator. Hard to hold 40 psi fuel with 625cc injectors, at 11,000 rpms, through 44mm intakes.

It's a true street bike with 51k miles, never trailered to the track.

15lbs, will add 4 more for 32 more hp. Funny thing about how fast the magazines, can get in the 1/4. We are on 1/2 second faster with 100 more hp.

You could try running drive chain at correct tension instead of too tight.
With 8" swing arm extension stock doesn't work, you'll have to do it MX style by compressing suspension so output shaft, swing arm pivot and axle are in line then set 3/8"~1/2" slack
That will also prevent sprocket carrier bearing exploding.
You do know why you never roll forwards to to start line but always go too far and roll backwards?
Have you fitted an extra/larger tank breather? could be vacuum forming in tank?
You may find the extra time by re-gearing and not using first gear, starting in second gets rid of the 'longer/slower shift through neutral
What are stock rear sprocket sizes? (and what are you using now?)
I'm pretty sure you don't need more power, need more experience  and develop better technique

Found and repaired a few issues, the turbo needed to be rebuilt, after 40K miles the compressor was hitting the housing. Also found a casting/vent hole in the steering stem, why the steering stem needs venting, makes it lean toward a casting flaw. Anyway that gave us 3 more mph, and averaged 2 tenths off the average, which is now 9.01, 9.02. 9.06. 9.03. It's also carrying the front end in first and second, making third gear hard to hit. Most likely the lockup clutch needs to be unloaded more. The problem is turbo lag, wheelies, and hitting third gear ten out of ten instead of nine out of ten. Another change is 112 octane fuel.
