It does have its share of inexcusable issues.
But the overall 30k foot view can be had with proper function

it is ugly, the pipes are fucking an abamanation and the headlight is in a queer location, the seat look like something a 3rd graider wood draw in class

While I am trying to hit every newbie BS line in the book.....I have sinned for real a bit.....

I kinda like this.....

Aside what XB pointed out that thing is like relish on a dirty water at 52nd and 2nd sweet! But even me and my cheap Harbor Freight Coupon bought lift wouldn't destroy that example you acquired. But I would think long and hard to cash in some of my shares to buy a Ferrari Dino and put the body on an early 70's Bronco chassis

I mainly kid.
No plans to hack up the bike.
She will be pressed into daily service and probably replace my CB1100F.
over time some changes will be made I am sure.
Not really into the "build" thing anyway.

Do like the "S" factory scrambler pipes though.

A sneak peek

Sweet tracker, any parts come with it? I have the same XL and looking for speed parts.

No extra parts unfortunately. They seller was also VERY firm on his price. he wouldn't even budge $10

Still feel like I got a killer deal though. Just took a video of it running. However it needs some jetting

Bought this about 8 weeks ago.
Should have it up and running soon.
Bought from the original owner and still had the old style title.
Bike had not been ridden in a long time still had original date 08/78 coded brake lines.

Carbs off and getting refurbished. Someone did a major hack job on them needed major repairs.

This is going up on the for sale board soon but I picked a front end off of a 04 gsxr 1000 from a guy that was parting out his project. I only bought it because I saw this Marvic Penta I magnesium front wheel for a steal that must have been a hand-me-down. The caps on the complete front end were messed up so he also threw in a complete other set of forks that have good caps :D
