It may be a bit of a quiet year down there as far as the DTT crowd is concerned. I'm missing for kid stuff too lol

I am really really hoping to make it the next year though. I miss "the crew"

This is why this bike needed you.

haha, bro. If it’s not right, then it’s wrong. That’s all there is too it.

And that chopper...I have no words.

Re: The Black Knight, The Powerplant.

I like their layout with the condensers right there with the points. For one thing, it reminds you that the condensers are important. The main thing is eliminating long runs and poor connections to them. A weakness on the GL1000s. Now that you have spent the time to prepare this area properly, future problems are minimised. Just your post on this should be a newby sticky.

Re: The Black Knight, Pressing my luck

If you think you want to remove these 4 bastards to free the oil pan separator.

You'd better pack a lunch and be ready for massive disappointment.

By some miracle of the God "Honda", along w every trick I know, I was able to get ALL 4 out intact.

I have no idea how this happened other than a damned high quality set of left hand drill bits, easy outs, sweat, cussing and patience.

Im quitting for the night. As I dont want to press my luck any further.

When all four popped free, it sounded like the crack of a .22 short.

Re: The Black Knight, Up-skirt

Just a quickie up-skirt shot.

Makes for comfy removal and cleaning of the oil pan gasket.
