In PENNSYVLANIA that PA (for search)
Ok I'm trying to title a pre-1974 bike, it's got matching Engine/Frame VIN's.
Current owner's father held title, but he lost it. Bill of sale only. I could get pop's name on bill of sale to make title search easier.
Bike is cheap enough that time and $85 doesn't worry me. Hell, it's cheap enough it might be worth picking up just for parts.
I've read numerous threads from other states, but seems to be very vague on PA.
