Its not a case of opinion, its safetyy related.
Manufacturer specifies tyre for bike, tyre manufacturer will specify alternatives which should allow bike to handle as intended (probably better due to improvements in tyre technology?)
Obviously, third shop doesnt care about anything except money.
Luckily, you dont ride hard enough to notice it handles like shit.
