To let the others in on the joke, I contacted Big Rich to see if he still had his tank for one. I need to check the dimensions you gave me... But I did spend a little time on her.Big Rich said:You know what this thing needs? A gas tank! And a whole lot of TLC.......
Kidding Hoosier. That's a helluva bike for $20!
Hoosier Daddy said:Ohhhh. you know, I hadn't thought of that with THIS one... you ever visited Omar's web sight? Pretty cool tracker stuff there. http://omarsdtr.com/streetmain.html Just a little rich for my blood...

Hoosier Daddy said:LOL... Never say Die Pete! However the Excel spreadsheet list of parts is leaning towards the Cafe'. Honestly I have been focusing on the needed engine parts. Jugs, pistons, rings, carbs, gasket set as thing to buy first. And thanks to you, I am leaning towards the higher CL style of pipes after drooling over yours for so long.
I am in process of depleting my bike funds by clinching a long term deal with another member on TheGSResources for a GS1100 aluminum swingarm for the Zook "Overkill!" 8) . Then I will start saving up for this bikes parts. Lots to do in the meantime.
Oh yeah... more to come on the GS.peteGS said:Sounds like the GS is still getting more love which is nice to see too
