Carb problem

So I have a cb500t I live at 5000ft altitude and my bike won't run without my choke open all the way. I had 125 main jets in it and I put 120's because I thought it was getting to much fuel but I'm having the same exact issue. As soon as I close the choke the bike dies..... any help would be appreciated

Are you sure your carbs are clean?
Did you check your tank if rust is in there plugging up your jets?
What is your stock jet on that bike?

Yeah I literally just rebuilt my carbs and got my tank back from the paint shop, everything is clean. I'm going to try and put Bigger jets in it. Stock are 130.

So I figured out my left cylinder is missing and that's why i can't close it. So what's the best way to go about fixing that.
