Oil from Points Cover

I have a 1974 CB360 and there is a little bit of oil coming from the points cover. When I removed the cover the oil looks like it is coming from the black rubber plugs on the top left and top right. What are these plugs? Weird thing is the right plug had two pieces, one looks like a top hat and the other a large rubber washer. The left side only had the top hat looking one.
Should the left also have the large rubber washer or should the right not have the washer? What are these things? Should they be replaced or is the oil because the left is missing the washer thingy.

Those plugs are to keep the lubricant from the advance mechanism from splashing onto your points? The hole doesn't make sense. Yes...the advance should be lubed, but not excessively, spring tension should be checked too. There is an oil seal behind the advance, that is most likely the culprit. Also it is split there, what kind of sealant did you use. Yamabond or equal?

Those plugs don't even show up on the parts list. Number 33 is your camshaft seal.

Those cover the end of the rocker arm shaft. https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb360-sport-1974-usa_model1007/partslist/E++03.html#results Item #8 on CMSNL. Yours look pretty trashed.

Number 34 oil seal under the plug could cause the leak as well. The hole threw me off like it was a grommet for wiring.

Thanks for the help! One follow up question...which may be a stupid question at that. The #34 seal I took off the bike and the one on the schematic look like a top hat, but the #34 on the order parts page looks like a regular rubber washer type seal. Are these the same things?

It looks like the #8 plug is completely missing from my bike.

The holes are there from when they bored the holes for the rocker shafts in the factory. They act as retainers and seal the holes. You don't pull them unless you need to replace the rocker shafts. They aren't necessarily easy to find. The Plugs on the other side are, but the rubber ones not so much.

The plugs on the other side have the o rings. They may be selling a replacement as an o ring because the cups are no longer made.

If you can't get them from Honda you could try the orange ones :
