Exactly. And since I now have a GY6, I don't need it.

One thing I won't get away with using the GY6 rear end setup is not lengthening the chassis by about 6 inches. I cut the tail piece off to mock up. This is pretty close to how it will fit in there. It reminds me of a dune buggy. The swing arm mount is pretty high, but until I can make some proper chassis points, i don't really have a way to get the motor and swing arm oriented.

Here is how I need to replicate the chassis to mount this engine carrier setup...

man you move crap around purdy good to create space with all those projects

my garage barely has enough room to walk and i only have 2 projects in there and they are all put together.

But I love watching/reading your work.

More frame work and the de-rusting begins. Tires came in, but the rims are MIA. A mockup gives an idea how it looks. In a way, I wish I didn't have to stretch the frame. In a way, I'm glad I had to stretch the frame.

Yep.

Needs a cool rack above the engine for all that swap meet gold you seem to find.

I took the front end apart to rebuild, when I discovered the right fork had been wrecked, broken and booger welded back together. I tossed around the best way to fix it, when I decided to just redo that side.

All at once, I cut the tube off and tacked a new piece in place.

note: I should probably care that the right side tube is a few mm OD than the left side. I don't. Once the shocks are mounted it really shouldn't be that noticeable.

Probably wrecked while swerving to miss the swarm of lot lizards that were inevitably trying to block the driver and steal his 70's funk man-seed.
