Good Shape on the seat. What are you going to do about that gap in the frame rail?

I found your thread, wanted to pop in and say nice to see another member giving these bikes some attention!
What exhaust does it have? Looks like a Cycle-X, maybe a Kerker sidewinder?... If so, might it even have come with a Supertrapp?
Where did you get the clubmans? Are they the wide ones you see specified on e-bay? I'm thinking I need to get those to clear the gauge cluster / triple tree.

The exhaust is a Vance & Hines. I got the clubmans from Dime City but I will be replacing them with clip-ons. I want to drop the fork a couple inches and I can't do so right now.

some updates. Seat and clip-ons arrived.

Thanks man. A few more things on the way. Signal lights, 2" round tail light and some cleaner grips. Also my seat foam should be in soon. That seat is numbing the ass a bit.

Ok. Need some help here. Burning down the highway yesterday. All of a sudden crash, bang, rattle. You know the story. The bike wouldn't start again. Just a click. Drained the oil and found some plastic pebbles.
Pistons are not seized, however it seems like there is somthing or the lack of something holding the crank from turning. Any ideas guys?

Took it off to check the tension. Seemed fine. But I will try it again to be sure. I guess thats what you get when you have he 5th gear pinned.

Checked both A chain and B chain?

Hold on now. There are 2?
In the meantime I am just buying a new engine. But I plan on taking the current one apart soon enough.

Yep, chain A (5) runs from the crank up to the front cam and the chain B (6) connects the two cams.
A's tensioner is #'s 7 or 8 and B's is # 1 yuo can see there are other guides and the slipper to check...
