It doesn't look like it seized. Maybe crack growth due to too much cam chain tension?

I believe I have a set of 83 Sabre 750 cams floating around. Minor pitting IIRC. Dunno how different from the ceptor

Early V45 cams were recalled. Thankfully, my Interceptor had it's cams replaced by the previous owner who worked in the Honda shop where it bought it new.

They are definitely different from Sabres.
