First I really apologize for hijacking the thread but this is just too bad ass. Ok these aren't near as cute as the first kid but kids playing music like that is soooo cool. I found this while messing around on there. Says this 12 y/o kid is Visually impaired ,self taught guitar and piano. Been playing guitar for 2 years?? Pretty entertaining stuff

Hell Mike, I really didn't intend to Hijack the thread but dam these kids inspire me. Maybe I should have started a new thread but I didn't think This is what I'd find after messing around listening to kids play. This Conrad kid has so much soul. It is true that he had been playing guitar (self taught) for jsut two years. Here is the story and one last bad ass song:

Conrad Oberg was born three and a half months prematurely in the Summer of 1994. Weighing only one and a half pounds at birth, Conrad was left with no eyesight in his left eye and only 15% of the vision in his right. At age two, Conrad taught himself to play the piano, and again taught himself the guitar at age ten.

Hahahha, turns out this Oberg kid is now 16. He opened Woodstock 2009 at 15 years old. No wonder he impressed me when he was 12 ;D

Oh yeah, well... I don't like him. His SRV hat looks stupid, and his blind kid glasses are ugly, and he sings off key, and... um... he just sucks...

I'm gonna go practice now. :'(

*edit My eyesight is better than 20/20... so there :p
