Now I know why I still have a Savage on my future build list !

Uhhh yea. sorry. I wasn't motivated enough to do a full build thread on this project for some reason. Here are some pics i took throughout.

Used a Harley 18" mag to set the rear wheel height and used a ratchet strap to compress the forks to match the stance I wanted

The subframe attaches in the front with two M6 bolts and to the rear using two M8 bolts under the frame tubes where the fender attached to.

Here are the foot controls. The shifter and brake pedals are off the factory forward controls. I also cut off the pivots and welded them to the backside of the plate.

Tony, thanks for sharing those pics. Great transformation. What bike did the tank come off of originally?
