Cb360 carb question

Trying to get my 360 to turn over, I've got it connected to my car battery and bypassed the solenoid and it sounds like its on the edge of turning.

I'm panning on removing the carbs to clean them and check them out. I know there is a plug that commonly falls out and I'm not sure if mine is missing I've looked at the Manuel but am still unclear. I took a pic of the carb is the plug missing

That's not a stock carb, it's a Mikuni. Looks like your throttle adjust screw is missing.

That explains why the one in the Manuel looked different, thanks, I'll look into this and find the part.
