Thanks for directing me to this thread sir. Love the pics. The frame is cool. Love the concept. Nice work keep it up.
 
started work on a spare engine, im putting a 650 top end on the 550 , this'll give me a good deal more bhp, had to nibble out some excess metal to get the 650 barrels in, all done now and striped and cleans, honing the barrels and gonna do a mild port and polish to the head, though waiting on some flatslides before i get into that

started doing a little smoothing out in the inlet ports, happy with progress so far, have new cam chain and gasket set on there way to me too

Incredible work. I'm in love with the frame and exhaust. Top notch. Absolutely top notch.
 
had to swap the cam chain wheels over from the 550 to the 650 cams the 650's are bigger and would mess the timing up , they had a different size bolt holding them as well , needed to drill 7.2 mm , just waiting for cam chain and gasket set.
