Where do you see electric start? If it had one, the starter would sit on top of the motor to engage the flywheel. That's without a doubt a Marusho Magnum. Here's the one in Barber Museum...

The Marusho Magnum Electra did have electric start. You can see it on top of the motor. It also had updated valve covers...
