Hugely appreciated guys. It's nice to hear good things from people that I know can make their own shit!

And the knives go in the cabinet for travel haha. Don't want to slam on the brakes and avoid a crash only to be run through by the butchers knife flying through the air.

AAAAND we made it home.
5000+ miles, a few issues and a great time.
Officially a married man as well.

Things I learned:
Driving in a motorhome rather than a car is great. A lot less cramped and boxed in feeling. That being said the drive from Glacier NP to TN is NOT a fun one. 3 straight 12hr days sucks, car or MH.
Roads through Indian reservations will rattle the teeth out of your head, if they are paved. Half of them are not and are worse.
Don't attempt to climb 10% grade gravel mountain roads in a 40yr old 30ft beast. Yes we made it, but it was not fun.
Don't travel without a motorcycle  8)
