1972 CB450 carb issue - stripped needle lock screw

Rebuilding the carbs for my '72 CB450 K5, looks like they are 723a's. When replacing the needle on one of the throttle slides the little flat head screw lock completely stripped. I think I can tap it out but can't seem to find a replacement anywhere. Not even the whole slide piston. Anyone have any ideas?

I was able to find a needle screw on eBay for a '78 Honda Hawk CB400T, which looks like the same size but I have no idea if these screws are uniform, the carbs are definitely different.

Anyone know?

I have about 7 or 8 spare carburetors for these bikes in a box, if you need a 723 slide just send me a PM and I'll mail it to you as a Christmas present!

For future reference, If you have a steel bolt/screw stuck in aluminum part - use nitricic acid, it eats steel and leaves alu intact. Tried it with broken exhaust studs :)
