Petcock on SOHC CB750, irreplaceable?

I see no way of removing this and if I do, no way of installing the new one. I've consulted the manual which shows a bolt on petcock unlike this. But this is oem so someone may know what to do with this.
Inspecting the old petcock, there is no indication of how its fixed, no beads and no bolts. Looking at the new one, same thing. I don't see any part of this that seems to be for mounting.

Is this seriously going to come down to JB weld or an embarrassing trip to a mechanic shop just to change a petcock as if I'm some mid-life crisis case with a $20,000 Harley I can't even change oil for myself?

unscrew the bowl, there are 2 philips screws underneath.
