Hi Guys,
Need a bit of help with the Dipstick length and markings for a 1972 CB175.
I put a vent line in the crankcase filler cap and couldn't keep the dipstick rod so... I wondered if one of you 175 pilots could give me the following dimensions of the oil dipstick from your bike:
1) overall length from the bottom of the filler cap,
2) length to the upper fill mark,
3) length to the lower fill mark.
I'll make up a dipstick using those lengths and keep it in the bike's toolkit.
