It really cleans up the triangle but it doesn't do much for lostinmyselfs battery issue. I think I'm going to do what they did with it on the swingarm.

I was originally going to to what Mork did but the rear suspension travel is 4.1 inches. With the hoop welded on like his the wheel still has an 1.5 inches to go after it hits the hoop to reach full travel. Kinda sketchy if you hit a big enough bump at speed and your real wheel locks up.

The way steel bent customs did it you get the clearance you really need.

That's why I recommend switching out to F or K shocks or if you have the cash, hagons with an extra 1" or so length.

I also made sure the bottom of my fender was completely smooth - not even a rounded bolt head for the tire to shred on.
 
Got the seat mounted.
