what CAD software packages do you use?
what size laser are you running?

I use Inventor and Solidworks for the most part here. We've got an old Bystronics 2800W laser, but it does the job. Usually.

Check my build thread and you can see some of my cad, laser and machine work.

I use solidworks and autocad. I don't own the laser/Waterjet. I have the done in a local shop. I'll take a peek at your build thread.
