Great project!

I have a question. I am working on a gsx400f converting it to a caferacer and am looking for the same type of pod filters that you currently have. Could you tell me what the diameter is and center to center distance of your bike?

The K&N ones?  I forgot to post that I switched over to UNI filters.  But the K&N ones are RC-2382.  The BS32SS carbs have a 53mm intake diameter.  The center to center between carb 1 and 2 and between carb 3 and 4 is 75mm.
