CB175 rearsets from a cbr900rr

Coast to Coast
I've discovered a bracket that mounts easily to the swingarm bracket on my cb175 project. In the past, I've successfully used the OEM rearsets from a cbr900rr. Since I'm parting out my current 900rr, I have a set handy. As I disassembled the frame, I see the upper rear brackets have 3 holes in them just like rearset brackets. I check the bolt spacing and behold, they fit! The left side was easy enough, I mix and match a couple of threaded rods for the correct length. The brake side will be similar to what I did with my CB125 bike. I use a shifter and flip it over. I grind off the ball on the end and drill a hole. So, I just have to source an XL rear brake cable and use some cable stops to make the brake side work. Also, I will drill and tap the upper hole to accept an m8 bolt rather than the small m6 bolt in there now.

Compared to the passenger peg holes, it is roughly 1" lower and 1" forward.
