Hello,
I have an old 76 XL250 that I want to turn into a fun little street machine. The P.O. tried to turn it into a chopper with solid rear struts and some ridiculous bars and seat. So far I have laced a 19" front rim onto it and put some chinese aftermarket shocks on it turned it into a more street tracker look. It runs great and is lots of fun, but I want to make it handle better now. The shocks are way to stiff, but I think I will get some Hagons for it.
Currently the front end is too high so I want to swap to a shorter, better handling fork. However there are tons of forks and I don't know which ones to use. I don't need extreme top of the line, but I do want something that will handle better.
Thanks,
Nick
