I'd completely forgotten we had a VW thread

My first one. My MINI died prematurely in September so I had to find a new reliable family car. Loving it so far. Timing ended up being pretty good with the MK7 being available and being such a good car.

i once had a terribly tuned lowered VW Golf 3 VR6 with a Remus exhaust and front wheel drive for 1 week....epic experience...

I've owned 15 water-cooled VW/Audi in my lifetime, and my current DD is this 2012 Stage II GTI 2.0T 6-speed on Koni coilovers... love this car.

I'm a big fan of the racing bucket driver's seat and the baby seat in the back. My little girls love the boost.

Awesome. My girls are 3 and 6 and are spoiled by my GTI and mom's WRX. They don't know what slow cars are.

This definitely the fastest car I've owned. Should be even faster after I put on a blower.
