cb350 Valve timing / clearance question

Been Around the Block
setting my valve clearance on cb350. the pics below show where I am at when setting LEFT side valves (both rocker are "loose"/can wiggle).. is the correct location for TDC of compression stroke ? I am on my LT mark , the piston is at the top of cylinder and the little "knub" on the end of camshaft in facing down (this is what I am confused/concerned about)
Thanks.

following next step in clymer manual makes me feel like I have everything correct. I turn 180 deg counter clockwise to the T mark and right side valves are "loose" for adjustment. so im 99% sure above pics are correct fot left side TDC of compression stroke, just want some peace of mind for the other 1% before I set valve clearance and put the engine in the frame. thanks!

see the pin on the camshaft,it should be at the 4 Oclock postion,(am or pm) the cam chain adjuster locking nut should be loosened,,,,,,,,,,,,,adjust valve clearance and lock down tensioner bolt
