Torque specs for 77' cb400f case and connecting rods.

I'm plastigaging the connecting rod bearings and can't find the torque specs for the rod bolts or for the case bolts. Also, are the connecting rod bolts stretch bolts? Meaning should I replace them after gaging? Thanks!

Get a six foot breaker bar.
When you strip the bolts, you know you've gone too far.
